Driving While License Suspended - LAKE OF THE OZARKS

A conviction for driving while suspended or driving while revoked has the potential to seriously impact your driving record and can result in jail time, expensive fines and extended time without a license.

Because it is in the interest of the state that drivers are properly licensed and insured, prosecutors will often show leniency to a driver charged with driving while revoked or suspended if the driver has had his or her license reinstated, has obtained insurance, or has made restitution to an injured party, whatever the case may be. We will work with you to try to get your driving privileges back and work out a plea bargain with the prosecuting attorney.

If you receive a ticket for driving while suspended or driving while revoked, contact The Lake Ozark DWI & Traffic Law Center.  Don't risk jail time, fines or further periods of suspension or revocation. A DWI & Traffic Law attorney will work with you to get your driver's license reinstated or defend you in court if you have been charged with Driving While Suspended or Revoked.
